We’re Listening: What’s Changing to Support Behaviour

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Here’s what we’re doing to make our school even better for every child: 

• Clear Behaviour & Anti-Bullying Pathways: We’ll share simple flowcharts so you know what happens and who to contact. 
• Same-Day Parent Contact: You’ll receive a phone call on the day of any significant incident. 
• Consistency Across Staff: All staff will follow the same consequence ladder and approach. 
• Inclusive Practice: We’re keeping our behaviour charts but making them more respectful and supportive.  
• Praise Parity: Children who consistently behave well will be recognised alongside turnaround successes. 
• Safe Reporting Routes: Pupils will have clear, safe ways to report bullying or worries. 

We value your partnership in creating a happy, safe and thriving school community.
